The BTS-100 is a precision benchtop contact thermal shock system engineered for direct, rapid, and accurate temperature control of ICs and small electronic components. Covering a wide temperature range of -80°C to +200°C, it delivers stable thermal stress via direct contact between a customizable thermal head and the device under test (DUT). Featuring mechanical refrigeration without TEC decay, it supports closed-loop control via external RTD or thermocouple sensors for consistent thermal stimulation. A 10" HD touchscreen and remote communication interfaces enable intuitive operation, real-time temperature curve viewing, and data logging.
