A thermal shock test chamber, also known as a thermal shock machine or temperature shock test chamber, is a device used to test the tolerance of materials, components, and products to rapid temperature changes. This device is widely used in fields such as electronics and electrical engineering, automotive and motorcycle, aerospace, etc. It can evaluate the performance stability and reliability of components and materials.
The equipment adopts a three box structure design, divided into a high temperature zone, a low temperature zone, and a testing zone. Temperature shock is achieved through air path switching, with a cold and hot zone conversion time of ≤ 15 seconds and a temperature recovery time of ≤ 5 minutes [6-7]. The refrigeration system adopts a binary cascade cycle (based on the principle of inverse Carnot cycle, cooling is achieved through four processes: adiabatic compression of the compressor, isothermal heat release of the condenser, adiabatic expansion of the expansion valve, and isothermal heat absorption of the evaporator), including a high/low temperature dual refrigeration circuit and the use of environmentally friendly refrigerants. The control system supports PID self-tuning and multi-stage program setting, equipped with a color LCD touch screen and 485 communication interface, with temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃. The device has multiple built-in security protection functions.

The main controller of the cold and hot shock test chamber adopts the imported Japanese "OYO" dual circuit high-precision LCD display touch button temperature controller. The controller adopts a liquid crystal display touch screen, which can display set parameters, test curves, running time, heater working status, and PID parameter self-tuning function. The programming of the control program adopts a human-machine dialogue method, which only requires setting the temperature to achieve the automatic operation function of the refrigeration machine. The control system has a complete detection device that can automatically display detailed faults. Alarm, configure 485 communication interface and run software. Setting accuracy: Temperature: 0.1 ℃ Time: Is User program capacity: 10 × 99 segments. Running mode: Program running, constant running. Independent over temperature protection instrument.
