(1) Develop and implement electrical equipment safety regulations, including electrical interlocking for opening furnace doors, grounding of furnace shells, protection against electric shock, shielding of high-frequency equipment, leakage protection for high-voltage electricity, and protection of control cabinets, to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. The production operation site should adopt insulated labor measures and be equipped with protective equipment.
(2) Fuel furnaces and controlled atmosphere furnaces should be explosion-proof, including preventing gas and controlled atmosphere from tempering and extinguishing, preventing gas and controlled atmosphere from leaking, preventing explosions caused by improper exhaust process operation of controlled atmosphere furnaces, and preventing accidental ignition and explosion of combustible atmosphere remaining in the furnace after the controlled atmosphere furnace and gas furnace are shut down. Corresponding control devices should be established for this purpose.
(3) To prevent burns and scalds during high-temperature operations, necessary labor protection equipment should be provided.
(4) To prevent the early management, handling, and use of hazardous materials, as well as the direct harm of hazardous reaction products to operators, establish corresponding operating and storage procedures.
(5) Prevent direct damage caused by dust generated during sandblasting and other processes. The equipment should be sealed and ventilated for dust removal.
(6) Reduce the noise in the workshop and take measures for noise reduction and insulation.
(7) To prevent workshop fires, the quenching oil in the workshop should have a cooling oil circulation system, emergency oil discharge measures, and fire prevention measures. The placement of flammable materials such as hydrogen, acetylene, propane, butane, etc., as well as the reliability of transportation pipelines and valves, should meet the requirements.
(8) The workshop building should meet the requirements of the hot processing workshop, with fire prevention, good ventilation and heating conditions, and maintain appropriate temperature.
(9) The lighting in the workshop should have sufficient intensity to facilitate workers' production operations and reduce operational errors and accidents.
